Portland, Maine (January 23, 2010) - The Low Impact Hydropower Institute announced that the public comment period for Brookfield's School Street Project application has been extended from January 20, 2010 to February 26th to allow the Green Island Power Authority (GIPA) to file substantive comments should it so choose.
